| Giuseppe Schinaia Giuseppe began his love of soccer as a youth playing in Taranto, Italy. He played for various local clubs there. Over the years, Giuseppe sustained many injuries while playing and then was involved in a severe motorcycle accident which terminated his competitive soccer career. Schinaia earned a Specialized Diploma in Accounting and Programming and then joined the Italian Navy in 1990. In 1998, he moved to San Antonio where he decided to live permanently. He was assistant coach for the AHFSH Puma’s in 1999. The Puma’s were the San Antonio DII City Champions and also the Western District champions while he was coaching them. He then was appointed head coach of the AHFSH Fire 93 DII boys team. The team won the U11 DII City Championship in the fall of 2003. Giuseppe went on to join the coaching staff for another local Club and began coaching for the Classics Elite in 2004. Schinaia holds a USSF “Nat’l C.
